Entry-level:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles
- Proven experience in managing online platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Business Profile), including conceptualizing and planning content aligned with brand goals
- Skilled in running and optimizing paid digital ads (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads)
- Familiar with audience targeting, budget management, and ad creatives
- Proficient in monitoring and analyzing campaign performance using tools such as:
- Google Analytics
- Meta Business Suite
- Google Ads Dashboard
- Search Console
- Ability to generate reports, interpret results, and recommend optimizations based on KPIs
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to perform ad hoc marketing-related tasks as needed
