This individual will be responsible for onboarding, managing, and growing relationships with affiliates and agencies, ensuring optimal execution of Shopee&aposs campaigns and promotions. Job Description Identify, recruit, and onboard a diverse range of partners, including short-tail affiliates, and online third-party partners. Proactively seek a variety of affiliate partners, with a focus on those experienced in CPS, CPI models, including short-tail (high-traffic) affiliate network and third-party (3P) online partners. Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliate partners, fostering positive and productive relationships. Collaborate closely with affiliates to ensure alignment with campaign objectives, timelines, and expectations. Partner with Finance, Tax, Legal, and other teams to manage payments and contracts, ensuring proper handling transactions and compliance with business guidelines.
