Pursuing sales leads, promoting products and conclude order with professionalism. Liaise with internal colleagues to coordinate activities in executing sales order. Feedback and make report as per requirement by the Business Line Manager on all sales related activities and market information Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers. Whenever possible, assist to promote service and products of Industrial Air. Undertake ad-hoc projects and assignments from time to time as per the Business Line Manager's instructions. Marketing Management Increase in market share Planning Establishing good customer relationships Product knowledge, technical know-how Conduct Training/Symposium Ensure brand awareness Educating customers If there is a requirement, Atlas Copco will be their preferred choice Marketing Activities Sell and promote air compressors and auxiliary equipment within his assigned area and product responsibilities Visit and monitor customer activities Search for prospect/information through customers, consultants, associations, financial institutions and door to door Improve product knowledge and sales skills Maintain a good relationship with customers and contacts Make weekly plan visit Prepare the draft quotations, faxes and letters Maintain proper use of company assets Report on lost orders Achieve the pre-set yearly sales targets Analyze the customer's needs and assist him in the selection of the equipment Coordinate closely with customers to ascertain the technical information required for their evaluation Evaluate customer specifications Make contact with sub-contractors whenever necessary, evaluate their quotations and issue local purchases. Prepare layout drawings for the positioning of the compressors in the destination site when required When applicable, supervise the progress of installation through frequent visits to the sites Hand all documents to the Service Department for future maintenance and care Actively collect competitors' data for analysis Organize compressed air seminars for the customer Manage and provide technical, commercial and operational support for dealers and distributors Develop new dealers and distributors within assigned territory Support Finance Department to collect payment from customers when required
