As part of our growth, your tasks will be to: Calendar Management: Successfully manage the Department Head's calendar and schedule appointments, ensuring all relevant parties are informed and prepared. Travel Coordination: Ensure all aspects of the Department Head's travel itinerary are efficiently arranged, including flights, visas, accommodations, and ground transportation. Administrative Support: Provide high-quality administrative support, including preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents as required by the Head of the Department. Confidentiality: Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of confidentiality at all times. Expat Services: Successfully manage all aspects of the company's expat services, including visa and work permit applications, relocation services, and expat benefits administration. Communication: Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Head of the Department. Special Projects: Successfully complete special projects assigned by the Department Head, which may include research and analysis, report preparation, and other duties as required.
