- The C-Level Executive Assistant will manage organizational, administrative, and communication tasks, including but not limited to:
- Proactively managing the CEO’s 24-hour schedule.
- Coordinating with C-suite officials and stakeholders.
- Planning projects and company objectives.
- Arranging internal and external meetings.
- Managing travel and engagements across time zones.
- Handling correspondence with discretion.
- Will work closely with the CEO and will take care of a range of operational matters, responsibilities includes:
- Managing the CEO’s schedule.
- Project management.
- Backward planning from goals and deadlines adapting to the CEO's travel plans.
- Perform transcription services for meetings and other audio recordings.
- Assist in preparing and organizing digital documents.
- Provide agile support in creating and managing reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to refine and finetune reports based on expert feedback.
- Manage schedules, emails, and other forms of communication efficiently.
- A seasoned professional with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- At least 10 to 15 years’ experience in similar roles, with a focus on integrity, confidentiality, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Skills in any project management software and autonomous task handling are essential.
- The role is client-facing, with requirements for excellent English.
- Flexibility to work from the BGC office or home based on the CEO's travel.
- Open to both female and male candidates who can easily commute to BGC.
- A person who gets stuff done, proactive and gets tasks executed.
- Must have prior experience assisting international C-level executives.
- Proficient in modern technological tools, including ChatGPT.
- Ability to produce high-quality work in fast-paced environments.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Experience in administrative roles, particularly with report drafting and email management, is preferred.
