A world-renowned charity is part of their group of companies.This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced C-Level Executive Assistant to join a company that is a leader in its field with a lot of growth opportunities.Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating draft reports, summarizing emails, and performing transcription duties, among other administrative tasks. This role requires someone who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the varying needs of our team.Duties and Responsibilities:
  • The C-Level Executive Assistant will manage organizational, administrative, and communication tasks, including but not limited to:
  • Proactively managing the CEO’s 24-hour schedule.
  • Coordinating with C-suite officials and stakeholders.
  • Planning projects and company objectives.
  • Arranging internal and external meetings.
  • Managing travel and engagements across time zones.
  • Handling correspondence with discretion.
  • Will work closely with the CEO and will take care of a range of operational matters, responsibilities includes:
  • Managing the CEO’s schedule.
  • Project management.
  • Backward planning from goals and deadlines adapting to the CEO's travel plans.
  • Perform transcription services for meetings and other audio recordings.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing digital documents.
  • Provide agile support in creating and managing reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to refine and finetune reports based on expert feedback.
  • Manage schedules, emails, and other forms of communication efficiently.
Requirements
  • A seasoned professional with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • At least 10 to 15 years’ experience in similar roles, with a focus on integrity, confidentiality, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Skills in any project management software and autonomous task handling are essential.
  • The role is client-facing, with requirements for excellent English.
  • Flexibility to work from the BGC office or home based on the CEO's travel.
  • Open to both female and male candidates who can easily commute to BGC.
  • A person who gets stuff done, proactive and gets tasks executed.
  • Must have prior experience assisting international C-level executives.
  • Proficient in modern technological tools, including ChatGPT.
  • Ability to produce high-quality work in fast-paced environments.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in administrative roles, particularly with report drafting and email management, is preferred.
· Priority will be given to those who are available to start immediately.Job type: PermanentEmp type: Monday to Friday; Typically, dayshift if the CEO is in the PH, but if he’s in Dubai or somewhere else in the world, there needs to be some flexibility around the working hours.Location: BGC, Taguig City; Hybrid; Onsite if the CEO is in the PH and remote if he’s outside the PH.Industry: Strategy & Management ConsultancyExpertise: C-level Executive Assistance with International Exposure
