
Accountant with CINC experience - REMOTE

- Preparing and adjusting Journal Entries, recording accruals, deferrals, and intercompany transactions.
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts for each association.
- Post homeowner payments received via lockbox, online portal, or manual processing.
- Apply payments accurately against homeowner accounts.
- Reconcile batch deposits to bank statements and payment reports.
- Invoice Coding and Entry
- Homeowner Billing: generate and distribute monthly, quarterly, or annual homeowner assessments.
- Process special assessments and miscellaneous charges.
- Maintain accuracy in billing cycles and homeowner ledger balances.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations for operating and reserve accounts. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Accounts Payable Management: process vendor payments according to due dates and association policies.
- Generate monthly financial statements for each association.
- Assist community managers with budget-to-actual variance explanations.
- Prepare schedules and documentation for annual audits or reviews.

- Minimum 1 year of experience as General Accountant, Staff Accountant. General Ledger.
- Strong Accounting terminology in English.
- Experience with Accrual and Cash accounting.
- Experience with preparing and reviewing budgets.
- Experience with HoA industry is mandatory
- Experience with CINC software is mandatory
