Founded in 2001, the company serves golf enthusiasts worldwide through its flagship sites, GlobalGolf.com and GlobalGolf.ca, as well as major online marketplaces like Amazon and eBay. Headquartered in Raleigh, NC, with distribution centers in Raleigh, Salt Lake City, Joliet, and Mississauga, Ontario. It also operates a retail location in Raleigh offering club fitting, instruction, and equipment services.Position OverviewWe're seeking an E-Commerce Order Fulfillment Specialist to ensure our order pipeline runs smoothly and meets not only our internal SLAs, but also the expectations of our customers. In this role, you'll triage and prioritize incoming orders, resolve fulfillment issues, and coordinate across teams to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries. You'll be the link between our customer service, logistics, and development teams keeping operations seamless and communication clear.Key Responsibilities
  • Triage and prioritize e-commerce orders to meet fulfillment timelines
  • Resolve order disruptions, including inventory shortages and allocation issues
  • Coordinate with distribution centers in Raleigh, Salt Lake City, Joliet, and Mississauga
  • Maintain SLA compliance for all orders
  • Provide proactive, professional customer updates regarding order status
  • Navigate multiple systems including OMS, WMS, ERP, and warehouse management tools while maintaining high standards for internal communication
  • Collaborate with teams to improve processes and prevent recurring issues
Requirements
  • E-commerce or order fulfillment experience preferred
  • Familiarity with golf equipment and accessories is a plus
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, order management and warehouse management systems, internal communication tools, and support ticketing
  • Customer-focused mindset with empathy and professionalism
  • Quick learner who can adapt to new systems and workflows
