Marketing Support - Assist the marketing team in developing and executing online and offline marketing campaigns, including campaign planning, material preparation, on-site execution, and post-campaign review, ensuring campaigns are implemented as planned and achieve their goals.- Organize and archive marketing data (such as campaign participation, conversion rate, campaign performance, etc.), and regularly generate data reports to support marketing decisions.- Follow up on marketing project progress, coordinate cross-departmental resources such as design, operations, and sales, ensuring efficient information transmission and smooth task progress.2. Content and Channel Management - Assist in writing marketing copy, WeChat official account articles, short video scripts, etc., and complete the initial draft of content in line with the brand's tone.- Responsible for the daily operation of social media accounts (WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, etc.), including content publishing, fan interaction, comment replying, etc., to improve account activity.- Assist in market channel expansion and maintenance, connect with KOLs and media resources, follow up on cooperation processes, and organize cooperation ledgers.3. Brand and Materials Management - Assist in the design and coordination of brand promotional materials, and follow up on the production, printing, and distribution of posters, flyers, product manuals, etc.- Maintain brand visual guidelines and ensure that all marketing materials and promotional content conform to brand standards.4. Market Research and Competitive Analysis - Collect industry trends and competitor information (product strategies, marketing activities, pricing systems, etc.), and compile them into market research reports.- Assist in analyzing changes in target user needs and behaviors to provide a reference for market strategy adjustments.5. Administrative and Daily Support - Responsible for the daily administrative affairs of the marketing department, such as meeting organization, document receipt and dispatch, and office supplies procurement and management.- Assist in handling basic financial and administrative work such as marketing department expense reimbursement and contract organization.- Complete other market-related auxiliary tasks assigned by superiors.III. Job Requirements1. Education and Major: Associate's degree or above, with preference given to candidates majoring in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Chinese Language and Literature, or Design.2. Experience Requirements: - Fresh graduates or those with 1-2 years of market-related work experience are preferred; experience in marketing campaign execution or new media operations is a plus.- Proficient in basic office software (Word, Excel, PPT), and able to use Excel proficiently for data organization and basic analysis.3.
