- Review architectural drawings, specifications, and client requirements for kitchen projects.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, material take-offs, and cutting lists.
- Work with suppliers to gather and analyze pricing for materials and finishes.
- Provide detailed breakdowns of labor, materials, and timelines.
- Ensure estimates are delivered on time and aligned with project budgets.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and clients as needed.
- Proven experience as an Estimator in kitchen, joinery, cabinetry, or interior fit-out works.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen materials, finishes, hardware, and installation methods.
- Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., PlanSwift, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver under deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Experience with international projects (residential/commercial kitchens).
- Familiarity with stone, tiles, and countertop estimating is a plus.
