- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and material take-offs for kitchen cabinetry and interior fit-out projects.
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and contracts to ensure accurate cost projections.
- Utilize PlanSwift and Bluebeam for quantity take-offs and project assessments.
- Collaborate with project managers, suppliers, and contractors for cost control and procurement.
- Monitor project costs, variations, and financial progress to ensure budget compliance.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in kitchen cabinetry and interior fit-out projects.
- Proficiency in PlanSwift and Bluebeam is a must.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, cost estimation, and contract administration.
- Experience in international projects is a plus.
- Tech-savvy with strong computer skills, as this is a work-from-home role.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
