We need someone who is ready to join immediately and has a full work-from-home setup.Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and BOMs (Bill of Materials) for stone and marble projects.
- Perform detailed take-offs and cost estimates using Planswift and Bluebeam.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process sourcing, vendor negotiation, and material tracking.
- Coordinate with internal teams for cost updates, project timelines, and budget adherence.
- Review and analyze technical drawings and specifications.
- Ensure timely submission of cost reports and procurement schedules.
- Proven experience in stone and marble works estimation.
- Strong background in procurement and supply chain coordination.
- Must be highly proficient in: Planswift, Bluebeam and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
- Solid knowledge of BOQ/BOM preparation and cost breakdowns.
- Immediate availabilitywe will not consider applicants with a notice period.
