- Create a positive onboarding and offboarding experience for employees by coordinating with key partners on all aspects of the hiring and exit process
- Coordinate, track, and collect all new hire paperwork, verifying I-9 documentation, and system registrations (employee benefits and perks)
- Manage the buddy program and assist in the continuous improvement of the program based on feedback
- Manage the system deactivations of employee benefits and perks during offboarding
- Onboarding tasks oversight
- Coordinating buddy deploying Asana board (it is impactful, good feedback, especially for lower-level employees)
- Work with Carden to make sure IT is set
- Offboarding tasks
- Reformat and manipulate Bamboo data to Rippling format
- EDI checking review if new employee is in UNUM
- Volunteer life insurance enrollment
- Follow up on training completion
- Referral bonus management (we should automate this)
- Draft copy for internal benefits promotion
- Update documents policies, new hire orientation, handbook, offer templates
- Provide administrative support and ensure that policies and procedures are followed and administered in a fair and non-discriminatory manner
- Provide timely follow-up to employee inquiries related to employee benefits and perks and/or refer issues to HR Manager
- Administrative management of the HRIS (Rippling) data and document integrity, reporting, and platform customizations
- Respond to requests for information related to HR policies, new hire onboarding, HR tech, etc., and/or refer issues to HR Manager
- Help to improve engagement across all employee benefits and perks
- Manage Referral Bonus Program
- Provide support with promoting benefits and perks and communicating updates regarding new and existing company benefits and perks
- Update and maintain HR documents (Policies, New Hire Orientation Packet, Handbook, Offer Templates, etc.) and records
- Ensure timely company completion of mandatory annual trainings
- Assist with ad hoc HR projects and initiatives
