  • Open sort and distribute incoming correspondence
  • Perform data entry and scan documents
  • Maintain office supply for department
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports and emails.
  • Receiving, encoding and monitoring of all returned items - tool: Returns Monitoring Excel File; this includes attaching the series number sticker for each incoming returned items
  • Receiving, encoding and monitoring of all customer units repair
