- Direct collaboration with account managers, strategists, and creators on high-impact campaigns
- Hands-on involvement in social media launches for fast-growing brands
- Manage project workflows, timelines, and deliverables across multiple client accounts
- Ensure account managers stay on top of campaign activities and deadlines
- Build and maintain project trackers, dashboards, and status reports
- Track performance metrics for social media campaigns with a focus on Twitter launches
- Compile reports and share insights with internal teams and clients
- Support data-driven decision-making to optimize future campaign performance
- Partner with account managers to ensure smooth client communication and delivery
- Keep creative, strategy, and content teams aligned on project priorities
- Flag risks, blockers, and missed deadlines and escalate when needed
- 2 to 4+ years of project management experience in a marketing, creative, or advertising agency
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a track record of keeping projects moving
- Skilled at building reports, tracking progress, and maintaining accountability across teams
- Clear communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience managing or reporting on Twitter campaigns
- Familiarity with social media growth strategies or content-first campaigns
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Notion
- A short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) introducing yourself and describing how you have kept teams and projects on track in a previous agency role
- A brief write-up of the project management tools and reporting systems you have used
- Video Introduction - Record an video introduction to showcase your communication skills and work experience
- Role-Specific Assessment - Complete a homework assignment tailored to the position (if applicable)
