- Own new client onboarding end-to-end, including Slack channel creation, platform access provisioning, and assigning internal ownership across workstreams.
- Own weekly client meeting action items, including writing Slack summaries after every call and assigning clear ownership of next steps to the right team members.
- Manage and maintain client project trackers, ensuring timelines and deliverables stay on track throughout the week, not just at the point of review.
- Communicate and follow up on action items with the internal team, keeping the week's tasks on track and slotting in any new action items that come out of client meetings.
- Prep and distribute internal meeting agendas ahead of weekly client calls so the team shows up prepared and aligned.
- Send end-of-week client updates summarizing what was accomplished and what is ahead.
- Proactively build and automate processes for recurring needs (onboarding checklists, cadence for client communications, brand updates, etc.).
- Balance operational structure with AI proficiency, choosing tools and workflows that are easy for a small team to adopt and that meaningfully improve efficiency.
- 3-5+ years of project management experience in e-commerce, whether in-house at a brand or at an agency. You understand the rhythm of DTC operations, subscription businesses, and retention marketing.
- DTC e-commerce background is a MUST.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, small-team environment where you are expected to own outcomes, not just track tasks.
- Strong written communication skills. You will write Slack summaries, client updates, and internal agendas constantly. Clarity and concision matter.
- Comfort working across tools like Slack, Klaviyo, Recharge/Skio, Shopify, and project management platforms. You do not need to be an expert in all of them, but you should not be starting from scratch.
- A bias toward building systems rather than doing things manually twice. If there is a repeatable process, you want to templatize it.
- Familiarity with AI tools and a genuine interest in using them to streamline workflows. We are not looking for someone who treats AI as a novelty. We want someone who sees it as a force multiplier for a lean team.
