This role is responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance with Philippine labor regulations, and employee development. The position requires a strong understanding of local labor laws and the ability to work effectively while supporting operations that operate on US-based hours . Key Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and Philippine labor regulations. Manage employee relations, address workplace concerns, and promote a positive and healthy work environment. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs. Monitor attendance, leave, and support payroll coordination with the accounting/finance team. Support training and development initiatives for employees. Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE requirements, and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) . Handle disciplinary actions, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration , or a related field. At least 2-3 years of HR experience , preferably in a BPO, service, or corporate environment. Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. Proficient in MS Office and HR information systems (HRIS).
