Role Description The Human Resources Coordinator will play a key role in supporting HR daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across recruitment, employee relations, records management, and compliance. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative academic environment. : Lead in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Coordinate training and development activities Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications Ensure compliance with labor laws and university policies Provide administrative support to the HR department.
