We are looking for a creative and results-driven AI-Generated Video Advertisement & Lead Generation Specialist to create, manage, and optimize video ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.
Your primary goal will be to generate high-quality leads by designing an engaging click funnel experience - from eye-catching AI-generated video creatives to targeted ad campaigns and landing page strategies that convert.
Responsibilities:
Create high-converting, AI-generated video advertisements tailored for Meta and Google audiences.
Strategically plan and launch video ad campaigns with lead generation goals.
Build or coordinate the creation of click funnels (landing pages, forms, CTAs) optimized for sign-ups.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data (CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS).
A/B test creatives, ad copy, and funnel variations to maximize conversion rates.
Ensure ad content aligns with brand messaging and complies with platform policies.
Requirements:
Proven experience running lead-generation ad campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
Strong skills in creating or working with AI-generated video tools (e.g., Pictory, Synthesia, Runway, etc.).
Experience designing or managing click funnels using tools like ClickFunnels, Leadpages, or similar.
Ability to analyze and report on campaign metrics and optimize accordingly.
Understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and ad placements.
Creative mindset with a strong eye for video ad storytelling and performance marketing.
Bonus Skills:
Copywriting or scriptwriting for short-form ads.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, GoHighLevel) for lead capture and follow-up automation.
Familiarity with SEO/SEM best practices.
