
E-Commerce Specialist (Sales) - Work from home / Dayshift

- Manage e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, including product listings, pricing, and content updates.
- Handle customer inquiries, quotes, and order processing across digital channels.
- Coordinate domestic and international orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Monitor stock levels, generate replenishment reports, and support supply chain forecasting.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and trade events while ensuring brand consistency.
- Collaborate on website development and provide technical support for presentations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, sales coordination, or sales operations.
- Knowledge of Shopify and order management/finance systems (e.g., DEAR, StarShipit, Xero).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze sales and inventory data to provide actionable insights.
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

- Monday to Friday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PHT (adjustments will be made for AU daylight saving time)
