Quality Assurance Engineer

• Manages the incoming inspection of Packaging Materials to ensure manpower cost efficiency and effectivity of this activity. Signs the return order of rejected deliveries of PM
• Manages direct hire employees.
• Manages equipment issues to maximize equipment uptime & minimize equipment downtime
• Manages Customer Complaints, Root cause Analysis & Resolution. Recommends and takes preventive and corrective actions when necessary.
• Plans & coordinates with Warehouse team to ensure semi-finished goods and packaging materials are available to support production
• Manages the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Warehousing Practice (GWP), Good Transport Practice (GTP), ISO Compliance of Blending Plant and all Warehouse Locations nationwide.
• Manages the HSSE Function: Pollution Control Officer, ISO 14000, Permits.
• Manages the Other assignments and tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
