- Support and contribute to technical and project-related training initiatives
- Encourage capability building and continuous improvement within the team

- Strong project efficiency and resource optimisation
- Effective management of risks, variations, and commercial outcomes
- Consistent delivery across multiple concurrent projects
- Proven experience managing end-to-end projects in a client-facing environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and sound financial judgement
- The ability to manage competing priorities and remain calm under pressure

- Experience leveraging automation and AI tools to improve efficiency (highly regarded)
