Train teams on SOPs, review team's work for accuracy, and monitor performance of all assigned tasks. Conduct monthly staff assessments to define goals for growth and areas for improvement. Organize task delegation to increase efficiency and take advantage of team's strengths and weaknesses. Coaching and continued development of team to ensure they understand all processes. Responding to issues, questions and other requests from US team. Use Clickup to document all tasks and responsibilities and to monitor team and communicate with US team. Become expert in R365 software, Dine systems and tools. Identify discrepancies and inefficiencies in SOPs across team and communicate areas for improvement to US team. Oversee special high-level team that specifically handles consulting tasks, balance sheet cleanup, Custom Financial report creation, assists US with onboarding of new clients, budgets and FP&A. Ideal Profile Must have BPO or offshoring experience on an operations manager to director level. Must be a CPA Must have good to excellent English written and communications skills. Must have experience overseeing and managing US Accounting Firm BPO account. Must have good experience handling all SOPs, training, staffing strategy (who does what), development and coaching of team, responsible for overall efficiency.
