- Guide the expansion of the team from 400 to 1,000 consultants through capability growth, geographic diversification, and portfolio evolution.
- Introduce and strengthen the operating model for sub-practices, competency architecture, and career pathways.
- Establish a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and accountability while serving as a role model for the team.
- Drive financial performance by meeting or exceeding revenue, margin, and contribution targets.
- Optimize utilization, workforce planning, and pyramid management to ensure sustainable growth.
- Design pricing, packaging, and delivery models to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and govern strategic investments in hiring, capability building, and business initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales and Solutions teams to define priority product offerings that meet evolving market demands.
- Generate scalable service solutions and repeatable delivery processes aligned with business growth goals.
- Ensure synchronization among pipeline development, workforce capacity, and skills demand.
- Act as an executive sponsor for key strategic accounts and complex client pursuits.
- Establish and implement robust delivery standards, methodologies, and quality governance.
- Drive consistent adoption of value realization frameworks that maximize client success.
- Oversee deliverable quality through performance metrics and client feedback mechanisms.
- Resolve escalated issues from high-impact or high-risk engagements.
- Design and execute a comprehensive workforce strategy encompassing hiring, internal mobility, and skill-building initiatives.
- Build a multi-channel recruitment model aligned with strategic growth requirements.
- Establish clear organizational structures, career pathways, role definitions, and leadership succession planning.
- Prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts in talent acquisition and developmental opportunities.
- Design a learning architecture that supports career growth for consultants at all levels.
- Develop structured upskilling initiatives in marketing technology, RevOps, and data analytics.
- Introduce certification programs, apprenticeships, and on-the-job training models to improve billable readiness.
- Continuously measure capability advancement and time-to-productivity metrics.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a geographically distributed leadership team.
- Embed a high-performance culture that emphasizes accountability, coaching, measurable goals, and recognition.
- Act as a visionary and dynamic communicator, instilling alignment towards the organization's mission and direction.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace that promotes the exchange of ideas and diversity of thought.
- Deep experience in Marketing Technology, Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Data & Analytics consulting.
- Strong capability in building, scaling, and managing consulting services or practices.
- B2B Marketing expertise essential
- Proven experience leading multi-layered organizations (minimum 200+ staff, 400+ preferred).
- Success in applying structured systems to scale organizations effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of utilization, realization, gross margin, contribution margin, and capacity planning.
- Proficiency in managing organizational structures, workforce pyramids, and dynamic staffing needs.
- Track record of developing talent pipelines and recruitment strategies for specialist consulting roles.
- Proven success in creating and executing impactful learning programs and succession plans.
- Expertise aligning organizational capabilities with client needs and market opportunities.
- Demonstrable success in executive-level client relations and leadership of large portfolio accounts.
