Job Description:The Sales Manager plays a critical role in driving sustainable revenue growth and maximizing the long-term value of the company's portfolio of accounts, including private sellers. This position is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing clients to ensure retention, expansion, and long-term partnership success.The Sales Manager will lead initiatives to expand market presence, develop and execute strategic sales plans, and unlock new revenue streams. The role requires proactive engagement with prospective clients, effective management of high-value accounts, and the ability to identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client needs and business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through both existing and new partnerships within the real estate industryLead, manage, and develop a team of sales associates, including account allocation, target setting, and performance monitoring/reportingSupport the team in closing high-value deals while providing ongoing coaching, training, and mentorship to achieve sales targetsEnsure all services are delivered in accordance with contractual agreements and client expectationsDevelop, analyze, and present reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), sales strategies, and monthly initiatives to drive market share growthMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and performance metrics using Salesforce and Google Docs trackersIs this you?At least 5 years of sales experience, with a strong focus on field sales, including route planning and managing field sales teamsProven ability to coach, train, and develop team members to improve performance and drive sales resultsHighly organized and structured, with the ability to analyze data and recommend data-driven solutionsStrong relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish and maintain long-term client partnershipsExcellent presentation, pitching, and negotiation skillsExperience with CRM platforms and Google Workspace is an advantage, but not requiredWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
