We’re looking for a Junior Compensation Analyst to join our Commissions team here at Spoke💼 What You'll Be DoingYou’ll be at the heart of making sure our commission processes run like a well-oiled machine across multiple business lines— healthcare, life insurance, and energy . You'll work closely with both internal teams and external partners to ensure commission data is accurate, timely, and tracked from start to finish.Your day-to-day might include:Reviewing incoming commission docs and tagging them correctly so they reach the right people fast.Matching statements to deposits and making sure everything adds up.Updating statuses in our system so the whole team is on the same page.Following up with brokers, carriers, or internal teams to gather missing info.Communicating producer changes to sales teams and others internally.Spotting data discrepancies and digging into reports to help resolve them.Uploading and entering statement data—both automatically and manually.Partnering with your manager on special projects or documentation as needed.🔍 What We’re Looking ForYou're someone who loves details, but also sees the big picture. You’re curious, resourceful, and don’t mind rolling up your sleeves when things get messy.
