Commissions Analyst I

• Create a monthly report that represents an accurate data from our team’s OMS Bookings Report and in Salesforce.
• Ensure all the approved bookings are executed in SalesForce.
• Ensure the correct Sale Type of the products are assigned based on the historical data of Client.
• Provide the highest possible accuracy of data from the Order Management System Bookings Report and reflects the same in SalesForce.
• Resolve, follow-up, and communicate to sales representatives on booking-related concerns.
• Reflect correct booking values in SalesForce according to the current Sales Terms and Conditions and Client historical data.

• Generate weekly report with allocation.
• Maintains Site Expansion List sent by Commissions VP.
• Handles Incent and other Non-OMS processes.
• Critical in visualizing data structures, numbers, and figures.
• Logically analyze data to form a valid conclusion.
• Create pivot analysis to compile all data into a more detailed information.
• Navigating different sources to calculate a specific compensation plan per personnel.
• Provide summarized reports to clients.
• Maintain standard operating procedures documentation.
• Ensure commissions are allocated to the correct Account and Solution Representatives.
• Assist in all aspects of the Commission Process.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent work experience.
• 1 year of finance experience.
• Incentive compensation experience preferred.

• Ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends.
• Must be self-motivating, hard-working, analytical, and proactive.
• Must have excellent problem-solving skills utilizing available resources.
• Microsoft Excel intermediate skills.
• Must exercise independent judgement and work in an autonomous environment.
