Install and setup phones, Remove and store phones, New store setups, Conference room support, Headset support, Dialtone issues, Cannot dial issues, Troubleshoot Call Quality, Jabber Soft Phone, Hardware MCS Cisco support, CallManager Support, Unity Voicemail Support, E911 Cisco.
Analog: VG310 port resets/troubleshooting, ATA187 Device support, Store Retail Paging support, Fax line dialing, POS dialing support
E911: ELIN programming Alerting
MS Team Voice: Assign DID to Teams phone, User phone request, Troubleshoot call quality
DID: numbers Assignments Call Routing Abbreviated dialing
Conference Room Support: Phone troubleshooting Moving/Setup phones, Call routin

Job Level: Junior, Mid,
Shift Schedule: Shift A, B, C
Work Set up: Hybrid
Number of days in a month or week that needs to be in the office: 2x RTO
Location (During onsite): Robinsons Cybergate Tower 2
