- Own and manage Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display) and Meta Ads campaigns across multiple service brands
- Prioritize campaigns achieving
- Launch and optimize PPC-driven landing pages (Webflow, Replit, CMS integrations) to maximize conversion rates
- Build and maintain a unified analytics stack across GA4, Tag Manager, and WhatConverts
- Create attribution models to track form fills, phone calls, and ad-driven conversions
- Standardize tracking SOPs and design scalable dashboards for performance reporting
- Translate data insights into actionable campaign optimizations and growth strategies
- Use Zapier, Make, and Python scripts to automate reporting, lead scoring, and campaign workflows
- Develop scalable systems for campaign deployment and optimization at volume
- Contribute to an automation-first playbook for managing 60+ digital properties
- Experiment with next-gen ad formats, AI-powered landing pages, and lead-handling workflows
- Identify opportunities to scale winning campaigns and optimize CPL across verticals
- Create and refine SOPs for PPC and attribution systems
- 5+ years of experience in PPC, paid media, or growth marketing roles
- Proven track record in local lead generation (30+ qualified leads/month at CPL
- Strong automation skills (Zapier, Make, or Python)
- Experience with landing page builders (Webflow, Replit, CMS tools)
- High responsiveness, proactive problem-solving, and ownership mindset
- Familiarity with Meta Ads lead funnels and high-volume local campaigns
- Experience in rank-and-rent or affiliate PPC models
- Ability to write/manage lightweight Python scripts for scraping or workflow automation
- Exposure to AI tools/agents for content creation, lead handling, or campaign support
