Job description Call corporate companies daily in high volume to participate in trade delegation events in Jakarta Be responsible for recruiting and managing exhibitors in The Philippines Coordinate visitor promotion with event team Identify clients' needs, maintain the relationship (mostly with senior positions) & increase the revenue with existing clients, and deal with day-to-day clients' requirements. Closely coordinate with the Operation Department in all operations matters and with the Marketing Department in promotional activities, and coordinate with the Finance team for timely and correct invoicing. Directly report and assist the Philippines Country Manager in various matters of sales and exhibitors, delegates & visitors recruitment and any requirements related to Asia Events Group projects. Undergo training and diligently follow the system and processes set by Asia Events Group. The contract could be either renewed or converted to full-time permanent employment based on performance evaluation by the management. Requirements 1) Good command of written and spoken English and local language (Tagalog) 2) A university diploma, major in business administration is a plus 3) Minimum Two (02) years experience in a sales position (Telesales) 4) Minimum Two (02) years experience in corporate sales cold calling. 5) Experience in MICE industry will be an added advantage. 5) Strong customer-centric skills 6) Strong interpersonal skills & presentable 7) Able to work under high pressure to achieve personal goals 8) Target and goal-oriented and a self-starter 9) Able to start immediately is preferred.
