Employment Type: Full-time Schedule: Semi-Flexible (Mid shift) Work Arrangement: Hybrid, Makati What are we looking for At least five (5) years of leadership experience in People & Culture. At least seven (7) years of experience in People Business Partnering. Must have solid experience in Labor Laws, government regulations, compliance requirements, policy development and implementation, discipline management, performance management, talent management and development, client management, and strategic business partnering. Must be knowledgeable and skilled with change processes in complex organizational systems. Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule basis and willing to report on-site. Creates programs and interventions to increase the responsiveness of People Business Partners and improve backend process turnaround times. Defines success measures and monitors implementation in coordination with People Business Partner Managers. Provides domain expertise to the department by sharing industry or client category insights, surfaced through reviewing trends across accounts or using external market insights, with the goal of creating highly differentiated initiatives and introducing value-adding information to stakeholders. Advises People Business Partner Managers on crucial HR policies, processes, and initiatives for client and stakeholder decision-making. Assists in developing or refining account-specific policies or programs to ensure alignment with Emapta's policies. Acts as the secondary escalation point, next to the People Business Partner Managers on client and employee concerns. Talent Management Co-creates the implementation strategy for Talent Management Activities with the Learning & Organization Development Department, which includes but is not limited to Performance Management, Succession Management, Career Development, and other ad hoc programs in consideration of different account arrangements and requirements. Champions Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practices in partnership with the Learning & Organization Development Department. Provides thought leadership and guidance to People Business Partner Managers on implementing cluster and/or account-specific interventions. Co-leads the planning and implementation of organization-wide strategic engagement activities that target retention through programs on Rewards and Recognition, Corporate Social Responsibility, Health and Wellness, Emapta Clubs, and other ad hoc activities that elevate employee experience from onboarding to offboarding. Employee Relations Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the Head of Labor Relations in creating policies and implementing controls to lessen or zero out external labor cases. Leads the People Business Partnership Department in complying with the protocols and standards set by government agencies like DOLE, NLRC etc. Guides People Business Partner Manager in addressing complex and sensitive employee discipline matters. Reviews and approves NTEs and NODs for grave infractions of the Code of Conduct and the Employee Handbook. Handles high-profile and highly sensitive cases with the People Business Partner Manager, coordination with the Legal Division. People Management Mentors People Business Partner Managers in being effective strategic collaborators to clients and key stakeholders. Maximizes coaching opportunities on matters related to work deliverables, attitude towards work, and behavior while at work. Sets work expectations and evaluates the performance of People Business Partner Manager, in compliance with performance management standards. Implements interventions to improve output or address critical gaps. Acts as the administrative lead of People Business Partner Manager. Leadership Support Supports strategic projects led by executives. Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment with leadership priorities. Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Provide critical decision support by conducting research, preparing reports, and offering insights on relevant matters. Other Responsibilities Abide by and perform all functions, duties, and responsibilities to be assigned by the Company in due course. Comply with the orders and instructions given from time to time by the Company through its authorized representatives. Perform any other administrative or non-administrative duties as assigned by any of the Company's representatives from time to time through direct written order or by verbal assignment.
