Responsibilities: Manage and implement assigned learning and development programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals and training needs. Design, develop, and facilitate training courses that support both technical and soft skill development of employees or trainees. Coordinate and collaborate with internal departments and external training providers to deliver effective and relevant learning experiences. Handle training administrative tasks, including documentation, report preparation, training schedules, and logistics coordination. Oversee and manage the internship program, ensuring structured learning, performance tracking, and effective integration with academic institutions. Support and oversee performance management processes, including monitoring key performance indicators, conducting assessments, and assisting in performance review cycles. Performs other related tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.
