JOB DESCRIPTION Communicates the direction of the management and its goals to the department being managed Recommends the appropriate targets both for the team and for each team member and provide guidance when necessary Reviews submitted reports for management presentation Reviews and presents the department budget to the HR Head Reviews and implements talent acquisition and employee relations programs and recommends improvements when needed Oversees talent acquisition and employee relations programs implementation Calibrates guidelines based on the needs and recommends these to the HR Head Studies and determines the workforce needed to support the company's operations and plans Performs end-to-end recruitment based on requirements and vacancies Conducts FGDs for New Hires (Kumustahan) JOB SPECIFICATIONS Minimum 7 Years of job-related experience Bachelor's Degree preferably in Psychology or Human Resources Management Recruitment skills and Labor Relations skills Project Management Show more Show less
