We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate/Specialist (Mass Recruitment) who will play a key role in driving our hiring efforts and ensuring we attract the right talent to support our business growth. This role requires a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who can handle high-volume recruitment, particularly for Promoters, Collections, Customer Service, and Credit Approval roles. Key Responsibilities Work closely with hiring managers to fulfill positions in mass recruitment, particularly for Promoters, Collections, Customer Service, and Credit Approval. Prepare and post job openings on effective channels. Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews to shortlist qualified candidates, and arrange interview appointments. Act as a point of contact and build strong candidate relationships throughout the selection process. Prepare approval emails, employment documents, and handle other recruitment administrative tasks. Manage weekly and monthly recruitment reports for the Hiring Manager and Head of HR. Prepare and coordinate background and reference checks. Perform other tasks as assigned. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, either agency or in-house. Proven experience in mass recruitment is a must.
