- Client & Tenant Liaison – Communicate with clients and tenants promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
- Tenancy & Participant Management – Assist with lease agreements, tenant/participant communications, and maintaining accurate records.
- Administration & Diary Management – Manage email inboxes, prepare documents, schedule appointments, and coordinate team calendars.
- Bookkeeping Support – Handle basic financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliation.
- Project Support – Assist in managing projects in housing, disability services (NDIS/SDA), and social enterprise by tracking progress and coordinating tasks.
- Compliance & Operations – Support operational processes, maintain filing systems, and ensure compliance requirements are met.

- Skills & Experience
- Knowledge in administration, project management, and bookkeeping.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.

- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and coachable.
- Comfortable using digital tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, project management or bookkeeping software).
- Commitment – Ability to stay and grow with us long-term as we scale.
- Willingness to understand holistic solutions, and energy healing would be beneficial.
- Be available for meetings and collaboration during core AEST or PHT business hours
