Often reporting directly to the C-level, you will be faced with projects and responsibilities which will require innovative problem solving and sustained application whilst growing skills across a range of business areas. Success is dependent on your ability to demonstrate strong ownership and be able to consistently deliver to a high level under pressure.Candidates will receive a large amount of training, development and responsibility - far beyond what is available in a conventional job. Requirements:

A graduate from a top European university graduating by Summer 2026 with a minimum 2.1 grade (graduates have to date joined from Imperial, Warwick, LSE, Trinity, Bocconi, UCD)
Proven leadership and high work-ethic, most likely exemplified by involvement in student societies or extra-curricular activities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a team player with a hands-on approach
Adaptable to new and fast-changing environments with a proven ability to succeed in challenging environments that stretch you to your limits
