Job duties include:
- On strategic planning:
o Develop a comprehensive program roadmap, setting timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
o Assess and prioritize projects based on organizational impact, resource availability, and risk.
- Project oversight
o Track progress and ensure project teams adhere to timelines and expectations/goals.
- Risk and Issue Management
o Develop strategies to mitigate risks and address potential issues without disrupting operations.
o Handle escalations efficiently, ensuring swift resolution of critical problems.
- Stakeholder Management
o Regularly update leadership on program progress, challenges, and outcomes.
o Ensure that all stakeholders have a clear understanding of program goals and their roles.
- Innovation
o Oversee implementation of automation or any tools for efficiency
- Governance and Compliance
o Implement project governance to track performance and accountability.
- Change Management
o Prepare and train teams for the adoption of new tools, practices, or workflows introduced through the program.
o Effectively communicate the purpose and benefits of changes to all stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as required
- Normal Office Environment.
- Report daily to the Pasay office.
- This role will primarily be reporting on mid shift and may also be requested to be on shifting schedule from time to time including night shift.
- Work during Holidays, may be required by the business
ï‚§ Preferably with a Bachelor Degree/Masters Degree in Finance/Accounting as Major Subject.
ï‚§ Prior experience of at least 2 years in similar BPO outfit or in Finance & Accounting role as a Program Manager
ï‚§ Strong management and communication backgroundBasic Qualifications- Finance Graduates with 5+ or more years of relevant Finance and/or Operational experience.
- Strong project management experience
- Demonstrates strong communication (verbal and written) skills and can positively influence behaviors and outcomes.
- Experience collaborating with teams or individuals that come from different cultural backgrounds.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate business processes.Preferred Qualifications- College Graduate, CPA or MBA Finance, Certified PMP with over 10+ years of relevant Finance and/or Operations experience.
- Experience with Oracle Financials and Business Intelligence, SAP/ other ERP will be an added advantage.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a work ethic based upon a strong desire to exceed expectations.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate business processes.
- Experience with complex problem solving using Lean / Six Sigma techniques desired.
- Proven project management ability that shows how to organize, find solutions, and follow through to a successful conclusion.
