- Conduct 100+ cold calls daily to Australian construction subcontractors across all trade categories using targeted lead lists
- Qualify prospects by identifying variation work pain points, manual documentation challenges, and billing inefficiencies
- Clearly articulate how the platform captures work that can't be quoted and digitises the entire workflow from entry to billing, saving time and money for site and administration teams
- Book a minimum 10 product demonstrations monthly with decision-makers from qualified subcontractors who have purchasing authority and genuine need
- Maintain detailed CRM records in HubSpot with qualification insights and follow-up requirements
- Execute structured follow-up sequences to nurture prospects through to demo booking over 2-3 week cycles
- Complete comprehensive construction industry training covering Australian subcontractor market, variation work challenges, and platform positioning
- Utilize CloudTalk power dialer and HubSpot CRM integration for high-volume calling and systematic lead management
- Participate in weekly performance coaching sessions focused on connecting with time-poor audiences and solution articulation
- Maintain professional home office setup with high-speed internet, quality headset, and quiet workspace suitable for 100+ daily calls
- Earn $150 AUD commission for every demo that converts to paying customer in Australia (demos have >90% conversion rate)
- Commission rates match local pricing for different international regions
- Monthly pay calculation: Commission earned from new customers minus $1,000 AUD base (e.g., 20 conversions = $3,000 commission - $1,000 base = $2,000 total pay)
- Proven experience in high-volume outbound calling (80+ calls daily) with demonstrated success in lead qualification
- Advanced English proficiency with ability to communicate clearly and effectively with Australian construction business owners
- Strong rapport-building skills to connect quickly with time-poor construction professionals
- Demonstrated ability to understand and clearly articulate technical solutions and construction-related challenges to discerning business users
- Resilience and positive attitude for high-rejection cold calling environment targeting busy tradespeople
- Technical proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), power dialers, and lead management workflows
- Be available during Perth/Australian Western Standard Time business hours (8 AM - 5 PM AWST) for optimal prospect contact and team collaboration
