- Initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, presenting available telco promotions and offers.
- Conduct account check-ins and realignments to ensure customers are receiving the best value for their services.
- Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate business solutions.
- Effectively handle objections through strong rebuttals and value-driven conversations.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities by offering relevant add-ons and upgrades.
- Properly document customer interactions, call outcomes, and next steps in the CRM system.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in the telecommunications (telco) industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and call center technologies.
- Experience handling telco accounts.
- Knowledge of sales processes, promotions, and account realignment.
- Full-time, with flexible shifts depending on business needs.
- Onsite at Robinsons Equitable Tower, Ortigas, Pasig City.
