Learn more about us at .Role Summary:The Privacy Program Analyst - Technical Leader serves as the technical lead for the global privacy program, responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling privacy capabilities across systems, data flows, and platforms. This role bridges legal/privacy requirements with technical execution and partners closely with IT, Engineering, and Security teams.Key Responsibilities:

Lead implementation of privacy tools and platforms (e.g., OneTrust, ServiceNow)
Design and manage privacy workflows (PIAs, RoPA, DSARs, data mapping)
Translate privacy regulations into technical controls and processes
Partner with IT, Engineering, and Security teams on system integrations
Support data mapping, data flows, and privacy-by-design initiatives
Drive process improvements and automation within the privacy program

Qualifications:

2-5 years of experience in privacy, IT risk, data governance, or security
Strong technical acumen (systems, workflows, integrations)
Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have:

Experience with privacy/GRC tools (OneTrust, ServiceNow)
Familiarity with APIs, data flows, or system integrations
Privacy certifications (CIPP, CIPM, CIPT)
Exposure to AI or automation tools
