We are looking for a passionate Security Engineer to maintain and consistently improve our endpoint & server security controls. At Angle, security is at the core of what we do and helps keep us and our customers safe. You’ll work with a modern, cutting-edge technology stack and a forward leaning team spanning Australia and the Philippines.Required Skills and Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications:

At least 2-3 years in the security or IT industry
Demonstrated experience with M365 Defender for Endpoint & Microsoft Intune
Demonstrated experience designing endpoint/server security controls
Demonstrated experience deploying security policies to endpoints and servers
Familiarity with networking protocols and proxies (ideally Netskope)
Demonstrated experience maintaining an application allowlist
Familiarity with PowerShell
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to the ever-evolving threat landscape.

Responsibilities
You’ll be our key endpoint/server security engineer, responsible for the security of these critical services. Backed up by our team, you’ll:

Ensure systems remain up-to-date and that vulnerabilities are addressed
Take ownership of our application allowlisting solution to ensure only permitted applications can run
Own and maintain our proxy, configuring new capabilities and ensuring the service is functioning correctly
Design and deploy cutting edge security configurations leaning on industry best practices and our internal intellectual property
Assess new software to ensure it meets our security controls and doesn’t impact our existing security tooling
Imagine and create solutions that are uniquely ours
Constantly grow and develop whilst working at the edge of what’s currently possible
