We are seeking a Dealer Network Development Director for a premium car manufacturer based in China. The position is located in Manila, Philippines. Responsibilities: - Formulate and implement the dealer network strategy and execution plan, in line with the company's strategic plan and budget. - Engage in commercial negotiations with the dealer group and expand the dealer network throughout the territory to achieve the business goals of the brand and retail partners. - Oversee the entire process of establishing the dealer network, including identifying potential dealers, assessing and qualifying them, and overseeing their deployment from agreement signing to store opening. - Ensure that retail locations meet the brand's retail visual identity and store image standards. - Provide timely and informative market analysis reports and competitor information to adapt the strategy and action plan. - Monitor and evaluate the performance of the dealer network, providing analysis reports, and offering suggestions for improvement. - Plan and execute pop-up exhibitions, including selecting sites, coordinating decoration, organizing opening ceremonies, and collecting leads. Requirements: - Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, commercial management, economics, automotive engineering, or machinery engineering. - Professional experience: Over 10 years of work experience in an automobile dealer network, with at least 5 years as a dealer network director. Successful experience in network building and management. - Possess a strong network and established relationships with dealer groups and dealers. - Excellent management skills, preferably with experience in site selection, architecture/construction approval processes, and implementation of franchise standards. - Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to develop and maintain business relationships. - Capable of handling pressure, taking initiative, and being open to innovation and breakthroughs. - Language requirement: Proficiency in English. - Flexibility to travel within the region.
