- Drive Revenue Growth – Hit aggressive month-over-month sales goals across multiple SKUs.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration – Coordinate with creative, logistics, and growth teams to drive key initiatives.
- Manage Amazon Advertising – Build and optimize PPC strategies, reduce ACoS, and increase TACoS efficiency.
- Launch & Scale Products – Own the roadmap for new ASIN launches, including listing creation, reviews, and rank strategy.
- Conversion Optimization – Oversee listing copy, images, A+ content, and storefront improvements.
- Data-Driven Decision Making – Use tools like Helium10, Seller Central, and Excel/Sheets to run the business like an operator.
- Operations Oversight – Manage inventory forecasts, FBA shipments, and stock availability in coordination with supply chain.
- Revenue Growth – Deliver ≥15% MoM sales growth across managed brands.
- Ad Efficiency – Maintain ACoS below 25% while scaling spend.
- Profitability – Achieve brand margin targets and reduce waste.
- Conversion Rate Optimization – Increase listing conversion by 20% in 60 days.
- Successful ASIN Launches – Launch at least 2 successful new SKUs within the first 90 days.
- Deep dive into brand(s), current strategy, and tools.
- Audit listings, ad accounts, and growth opportunities.
- Build a 90-day action plan.
- Execute first major CRO or PPC optimization.
- Launch first batch of ASINs or refresh key listings.
- Show measurable growth across KPIs.
- Take full ownership of the brand’s Amazon performance.
- Hit or exceed MoM growth and profitability targets.
- Operate independently with minimal supervision.
- Proven Amazon FBA experience (3+ years).
- Strong command of Amazon Ads (PPC) and conversion optimization.
- Highly analytical with deep proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Confident leadership and cross-functional team management.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with Helium10, Jungle Scout, or similar tools.
- Experience with international logistics and FBA supply chain.
- Background in supplement, beauty, or pet products verticals.
- Minimum 3 years in Amazon brand management or e-commerce operations.
- No degree required—results speak louder.
