- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate coordination through to hiring.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand role requirements and ensure a smooth and timely hiring process.
- Source high-quality candidates through creative channels to support both tech and non-tech hiring needs.
- Conduct initial assessments and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate data using our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Schedule interviews, prepare candidate briefs, and ensure clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
- Help enhance the candidate experience through thoughtful touchpoints and timely updates.
- Participate in employer branding and candidate engagement efforts to promote our culture and values.
- Support process improvements, recruitment analytics, and tool optimization to improve efficiency.
- 2+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within headhunting, executive search, or agency/in-house hybrid environments.
- Exposure to a wide range of roles including both tech and non-tech functions is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage candidate and stakeholder relationships with professionalism and empathy.
- Organized, self-sufficient, and resourceful — able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in using ATS tools and recruitment platforms; familiarity with systems like Ashby or Airtable is a plus.
