- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate coordination through to hiring.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure a smooth and timely hiring process.
- Build talent pipelines using various sourcing channels and strategies.
- Conduct initial assessments and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate data and reports.
- Schedule interviews, prepare candidate briefs, and ensure clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Contribute to employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
- Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.
- 2+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in headhunting, executive search, or consulting firms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Highly organized and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using ATS tools and recruitment platforms; knowledge of Airtable is a plus.
