The Data Integration Analyst is responsible for the analysis and design of the data mapping, by examining business processes and identifying/defining models, solutions and improvements, Responsibilities Understand the day-to-day issues that our business faces, which can be better understood with data Analyzes business needs utilizing a structured requirements process (gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing changes). Identifies, elicits, and documents business requirements, defines business rules and communicates requirements for the implementation of business solutions. Communicates with stakeholders of varying technical ability and subject matter expertise and explains services to clients of all management levels to ensure they have a clear understanding of IT roles, processes, and activities. Manages liaison relationship with clients to ensure technical solutions meet user needs. Conducts feasibility studies and drafts proposals for evaluation by appropriate users and managers. Develops and assists in the presentation of business cases. Prepares detailed functional and data mapping specifications consistent with the business requirements. Provides feedback to clients and monitors deliverables based on agreed timeline. Support multiple concurrent projects and coordinates with internal resources as needed. Procures technical assistance to help in problem resolution. Maintains appropriate professional designations and up-to-date knowledge of current information technology techniques and tools. Perform other duties as assigned. Conduct software testing (SIT, UAT, etc,) Qualifications Minimum of 2.5 years of professional experience in application development environment; or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training. Solid background and experience on ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process and solutions. Experience work in healthcare sector or distribution service sector is an advantage. Bachelor&aposs degree in MIS / Business / IT or a similar subject with strong exposure to information technology. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Intensive knowledge of business processes in given area of expertise. Basic knowledge of project development lifecycle Experience integrating complex enterprise systems, including gap analysis and mapping between multiple database systems and database formats is an advantage Ability to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. Ability to apply general organizational knowledge of the business and systems processes in problem analysis is required. Must have a solid understanding of application programming, database and system design. Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously is required. Ability to work independently with users to define concepts, under direction of project managers is required, as well as ability to work in a team environment. Ability to learn new technologies in a short period of time and self-motivated. Solid analytical and reasoning skills, good verbal and written communication. Must show initiative, sound judgement and high aptitude for organization and attention to detail, with high standard of quality for deliverable creation Pro-active in identifying opportunities for improvement within the department and taking ownership of actions Technical Competencies Proficient with one or more of the following applications will be useful: o Microsoft Visio o ARIS (Architecture of Integrated Information Systems), IDS Sheer's Enterprise Modeler: Business Architect Business Designer Business Designer for SAP o SAP Solution Manager o SAP ECC HANA o User Acceptance Testing design, development and performance for SAP functionality o Microsoft Project (project management software) SAP Base Applications SAP ERP/ECC HANA SAP EWM HANA SAP BusinessObjects SAP Solution Manager Proficiency in Third Party software licensed through SAP: Interactive Forms by Adobe, enable the enterprise; Business Objects Predictive Workbench by SPSS; Document Access by Open Text, power usage; Document Access by Open Text, employee usage; Enterprise Modeling by IDS Scheer; Productivity Pak by RWD - excl. North America; Productivity Pak Help Launch Pad by RWD - excl. North America; Quality Center by HP, Enterprise Edition, Bundle; and LoadRunner by HP.
