The Mid-level Business Analyst serves as a bridge between junior and senior analysts, taking on more sophisticated analysis tasks and managing smaller projects. They are responsible for optimizing business processes, aligning initiatives with organizational goals, and providing guidance to junior analysts. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring project success. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Gap analysis: Identify gaps between current and desired state and recommend solutions to bridge them. Assess different solution options based on criteria such as cost, feasibility, and potential benefits. Stakeholder Management: Organizes and leads meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate business cases. Developing Business Cases: Creates detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions. Data Governance and Quality: Contribute to the development and implementation of data governance policies and standards. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency throughout the organization. Continuous Learning: Following developments in business analysis, data analytics, project management, and related fields. Mentorships: Provide guidance and support to associate business analysts in developing their technical skills, such as data analysis, modeling, and requirements gathering.
