- Prepare clear documentation and present requirements with strong storytelling skills.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or hybrid BA/PO role in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong expertise in business processes and requirements analysis, with the ability to translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Hands-on experience as a Scrum Product Owner, with a solid understanding of backlog management, prioritization, and sprint planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in documentation, requirement elicitation, and requirement management, ensuring clarity and alignment across all parties.
- Strong analytical thinking and complex problem-solving capabilities to address business and technical challenges.
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Kanban, LeSS, or SAFe, with flexibility to adapt to evolving project needs.
- Familiarity with digital product engineering and user experience principles in a business analysis context.
- Ability to deliver clear presentations and compelling storytelling to support client discussions and internal decision-making.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing risk, effort estimation, and process adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
