Description Manage employee records and HR databases. Support training and development initiatives. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Facilitate employee engagement and communication. Handle payroll inquiry and benefits administration. Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts. Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding) Manage timekeeping and ensure accurate attendance monitoring Assist in other HR administrative tasks as needed Host daily morning huddles to provide updates and boost team engagement Requirements Graduate of BS Psychology or BSBA Human Resource Management With Basic ISO Background With at least 1 year of experience in Human Resources (generalist role preferred) Possesses excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Knowledgeable in key HR functions such as: End-to-End Recruitment & Selection Timekeeping & Attendance Management Employee Relations and Handling Employee Concerns Basic Compensation & Benefits Administration Employee Engagement Activities Detail-oriented, able to handle confidential information with integrity Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Willing to work onsite in Bagumbayan, Taguig
