Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and job posting to offer management and onboarding. Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for qualifications, competencies, and cultural alignment. Coordinate pre-employment requirements, including background checks and reference verification. Build and maintain a talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs. Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Learning & Development Assist in identifying training needs through performance data, skills gap analysis, and management feedback. Coordinate and support onboarding programs to ensure smooth employee integration. Organize internal and external training sessions, workshops, and development initiatives. Maintain training records and monitor employee participation and completion. Support the implementation of learning programs that promote employee growth, engagement, and retention. Labor Relations, Compliance & HR Governance Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and internal HR policies. Maintain and update employee records with strict confidentiality and data accuracy. Assist in handling employee relations concerns and provide guidance on policy interpretation. Support disciplinary processes, investigations, and documentation in accordance with due process. Manage employee leave administration, attendance monitoring, and HR reports. Maintain HR documentation, including employment contracts, policies, and statutory records. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 2 years of HR experience, with exposure to recruitment, training, and labor compliance. Working knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems. Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills. Location: BGC, Taguig (onsite)
