Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Sales Director (Sales Manager for Real Estate) located in Metro Manila, with some work from home acceptable. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, leading and mentoring a team of sales agents, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and maintaining client relationships. The role will also include tracking sales performance, preparing sales reports, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
